At Cervinest.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Must be returned with original packaging
• Final sale or personalized items are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at doclong61@gmail.com or use our Contact Form with your order number and a photo of the item, if damaged.

Return Address:
Return shipping instructions and address will be provided once your return is approved.

Who Covers Shipping?

• If the item is not damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover return shipping.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
